Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AIO Mapper collects, uses, and shares information when you access or use our web-based analytics and visibility auditing service (the “Service”).

1. Introduction

We created this policy to describe what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used when you use AIO Mapper.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Service, and limited technical information used to operate and secure the Service.

  • Account information, such as your email address and authentication data needed to sign you in (for example, magic link authentication or third-party sign-in identifiers).
  • Usage data, such as URLs you submit for analysis, project and brand details, questions you choose to research or track, audit configuration, and results generated by the Service.
  • Technical data, such as IP address, browser and device information, and session-related data (including cookies or similar technologies) used to keep you signed in and to protect the Service.

We use cookies or similar technologies to manage authentication sessions, protect the Service, and understand product and site usage through configured analytics.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Authenticate users and manage sessions.
  • Provide audit results, account features, and related functionality.
  • Process subscriptions and one-time audit-credit purchases through our payment provider.
  • Maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and prevent fraud or abuse.

4. Authentication & Third Parties

We use service providers for hosting, database and authentication services, payments, analytics, AI-assisted analysis, and search or answer-result retrieval. Depending on the feature you use, submitted page content, project context, or selected questions may be sent to those providers solely to produce the requested result. Third-party providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Stripe processes payment details for subscriptions and audit-credit purchases. AIO Mapper does not store complete payment-card numbers. Google or another identity provider may process account information when you choose that sign-in method.

5. Data Storage & Processing

We store and process data using reputable third-party infrastructure and service providers, which may process data in jurisdictions outside your own. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Service (for example, hosting, authentication, and analytics), and only for purposes consistent with this policy.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, maintain accounts, support audits and reporting, comply with applicable requirements, and resolve disputes. Retention periods may vary based on the type of data and how it is used.

8. User Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, contact us at aiomapper@gmail.com.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you understand the policy may have changed.

10. Contact
