By accessing or using AIO Mapper, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Description of Service

AIO Mapper is a web-based analytics and visibility auditing tool. The Service allows you to submit URLs for analysis and view generated audit results and related insights. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
• Not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or reverse engineer the Service, or bypass access controls.
• Not misuse or abuse the Service, including submitting content or URLs in a way that is fraudulent, harmful, or violates applicable law.

4. Accounts & Access

Access to the Service may be provided through passwordless login (for example, via a magic link) or third-party authentication (for example, Google). You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address or third-party account you use to sign in.

5. Intellectual Property

AIO Mapper and its software, user interface, branding, and related materials are owned by AIO Mapper and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (including URLs and related inputs). You grant AIO Mapper a license to process that content solely to operate and provide the Service (including generating and displaying audit results).

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any particular results from using the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIO Mapper will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have misused the Service or violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
